Amcon Ceylon respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of PixSnap to do the same. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement relating to content hosted on pixsnap.live. Last updated August 2026.
About PixSnap and copyright
PixSnap is a general-purpose browser tool that helps people save and process images that are already accessible in their own browser. We do not host, store, or distribute users' images. Any image a user downloads is fetched directly from the third-party website that publishes it. Responsibility for lawful use of those images rests with the user, as set out in our Terms and Disclaimer.
This policy therefore applies to content that appears on the pixsnap.live website itself (for example, images used in our blog articles or marketing pages).
Filing a copyright notice (takedown)
If you believe material on pixsnap.live infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or a clear description of the material on pixsnap.live you want removed.
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Send notices to dmca@pixsnap.live (subject: "Copyright Notice"). We aim to respond to valid notices promptly.
Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or terminate access for anyone who is found to be a repeat infringer.
Misuse of the tool
If you are a rights holder concerned about how the PixSnap tool could be used with your content, please note that PixSnap only accesses images a user can already view, and does not circumvent access controls. Questions can be directed to dmca@pixsnap.live.
