By installing the PixSnap extension or using the pixsnap.live website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.
Licence to use
PixSnap is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. Amcon Ceylon grants you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the extension and website. You may not resell, decompile, or redistribute the extension as your own product.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use images you download or process with PixSnap. In particular:
- Respect copyright and licensing. The ability to download an image does not grant you the right to reuse it. Obtain permission or a licence where required.
- Do not use PixSnap to infringe intellectual property, violate a website's terms, or for any unlawful purpose.
No warranty
PixSnap is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will work with every website, that AI upscaling will meet your expectations, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amcon Ceylon is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of PixSnap, including any misuse of downloaded images, which remains your responsibility.
Intellectual property
The PixSnap name, logo, website and extension are the property of Amcon Ceylon. Images you process with PixSnap remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party services (such as the Chrome Web Store and Google AdSense) governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes are reflected in the date above.
